Comic movies? The Crow?

Postby siren13 » Wed Jan 12, 2011 10:36 am

I know a ton of people either loved or hated the crow when it was made into a movie. However, it is definately one of my top tens. i was wondering if there were any other james o'bar fans out there and if so what they thought of the movie? I am a comic book nerd and admitedly most were unheard of or sucked by comic book standards lol
I met james o'bar and i find him quite passionate about his artistry which only added to my fandom.

I'm not into comics, but I loved the movie...though not the later ones.

"The Crow: City of Angels" was good, but you can't really go wrong with Mia Kirshner (sp).

But yes the rest were crap. The Comic was more of a graphic novel. So it kept me interested. The artwork wasn't too bad either. The only other comics I read were "Johny the Homocidal Manic," from the creator of Invader Zim a cartoon for young children.. and of course the "buffy the vampire slayer comics.." but that is because Joss Wheadon was one of the head story board creators for the comic.. they stopped on tv at season 7 then picked up season 8 in comic form.. giving them lots of creative ways to bring forth more of the underworld for Buffy. But any others were usually things my guy friends told me to read.. were okay not enough storyline most of them..
