I know I already said it, but me too. I really don't know why more people didn't like it. I especially liked the ending. But everything about it was just so well done.Theory wrote:I used to watch it all the time with my dad, and I liked it. I love the newer one with Mark Wahlberg.

Dune is worth a watch I think! Any movie with Sting dressed in pretty much a winged leather diaper is worth my time.upperworld wrote:Alright i guess i might as well take a couple hours out of my life and sit down and watch it. It just hit me the other day that a few of the classic sci-fi movies that i heard so much about growing up i've actually never seen...such as the following:
Planet of the Apes
Dune
Logan's Run
And i guess if you count Soilent Green as sci-fi then that was well. I haven't seen SG but i do know the basic premise, and there's a funny story about it. Well I am not surprised to hear that (not that there would be anything wrong if ya did).upperworld wrote:There are many reasons for me to watch Dune, though i can say that Sting in a speedo is not on the list...however that won't keep me from watching it either.
