Happy father's day to all you daddy's of kids and the four legged kind!

I wrote this for my dad last year for father's day, enjoy and have a fantastic weekend

Forgives but never forgets
the troubles I have caused
Always there to lend a hand
no matter where I land
The memories etched in our hearts

Here I sit thinking of words to show my gratitude
for putting up with me when I had an attitude
Ever so proud to have you as my dad
noone could be as glad

Happy Father's Day to all. Just came back from my morning walk along the beach. Lots of peeps cooking Father's Day breakfast outside. Nice.
Happy Father's Day to my dad ... July 1 ... gone 23 years. I miss his wit, I miss his humor, his handsome face. I miss you dad. Peace.

Yes I still miss my dad, I would have liked to have known him when we were both adults. Mine had a wicked, quick wit, I remember him as the funniest person I ever knew.

Grateful my dad is still around. My kids got me up this morning with gifts. Still doing that at 20 and 16. Also, my band played last night and I have a performance high...Very good day here.
