The Declaration of Uniting for the Common Good of All

For Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness for All
For everyone on Earth is created as an Equal
and shall forever be considered as so!
This document is to provide the sound, logical and humane base for all to live, and exist, and achieve to their highest potential for the betterment of all on Earth!
We will create a new Government for all the world, that will be governed by the people of all the Earth. There will be one Representative for every District, (District Representative), one representative for every State, (State Representative), one Representative for every Nation, (National Representative), one Representative for every Continent, (Continental Representative), and one Representative for the world as President of the World Federation. Each post will be voted on by all the people. There will be no legislators, or electoral voting, only the peoples combined votes for each and every post per area, (District voted on by all adult people of that District), (State voted on by all adult people of that State), Nation voted on by all adult people of that Nation), (Continent voted on by all adult people of that Continent), President voted on by all adult people of the world). Each post will consist of a general population of people, from that area, that assist in the administration of each office for the sole purpose of representation of the people of their areas, and each office will have one President as sole Representative for that office. Each office is only a voice of the people of those areas, and has no power of redefining, or changing, or deleting any or all of the peoples voice and needs. Each office has the sole purpose of administering to the people information from all other offices for the people of their areas. The President’s sole purpose is to follow the will of all the people of their areas, for all to benefit, never for a few, or many, only for all! This is for establishment of a World Government for all the People of the World, and by the People of the World!
The Government of the World will also consist of a Logistical Branch, (with an office in each of the above offices respectively), that will govern the responsible, sound, logical, consistent, efficient, and complete way of providing, storing, maintaining, transportation and distribution of all goods for the good, use, and consuming of all equally, and will do so for all the People of the World equally!
The Government of the World will also consist of a Peace Keeping Branch, (with an office in each of the above office respectively), that will govern the responsible, sound, logical, consistent, efficient, and complete way of providing peace for all the people. This is a Peace Keeping Division, not a police force. It’s sole purpose is for keeping the peace between all people for the good of all!
The Government of the World will also consist of an Educational Branch, (with an office in each of the above office respectively), that will govern the responsible, sound, logical, consistent, efficient, and complete way of providing all the truth and exploration to all of all the world’s History, Languages, Mathematics, Arts and Sciences, to include any and all new, and ancient forms, and will provide, and educate for the advancement for all People of the World Equally!
The Government of the World will also consist of an Exploratory Branch, (with an office in each of the above office respectively), that will govern the exploration of the World, and Space. It will consist of Administration, Logistics, Peace Keeping, Education, and Military, for the sole purpose of exploring the lands and oceans of this world and all others in Space for the education, and advancement of the People of Earth. The military is for protection of the people exploring, and for protection from outside or inside forces that would cause due harm to any or all the people of Earth. The military’s will not govern, and will not use force against the People of the World, any decisions of use of force will be made by the office of the area, (the only exception is if there is an imminent threat of violence of an individual or combined minority force that wills to strike against the majority of the people, that the Peace Keeping Branch cannot contain with non violence). and the military and office will be subject to reprisal from offices above their own if report of use of force was unnecessary and/or uncalled for. Reprisal can consist of up to loss of job, and/or confinement for a period of time consistent with punishment for criminal activity.
The Government of the World will also consist of a Land Management Branch, (with an office in each of the above office respectively), that will govern the use, utilization and care taking of all lands of the area, with regards to ecological practices and the Peoples of the World’s needs and functions. All decisions of land and ocean utilization on the earth will be voted on by the people of the World, for advancement of the People and the World with regards to ecology of all the worlds land, water, and air. The People of all lands all around the world will equally have the right to be a caretaker of land appropriate for their jurisdiction, functions, and needs. Each person that has land will be it’s caretaker. Even the Government will only be caretakers.
