Bingo. I think you're spot on. I've come to the very same conclusion myself through my own research. Essentially I believe that some of these beings: terrestial, extra-terrestial and inter-dimensional, are using some form of advanced holographic projection technology that is able to manipulate frequency ranges which allows them the ability to move between varying frequencies/wave lengths within the electro-magnetic spectrum. IMO via this frequency manipulation/cloaking technology these beings are able to project false holographic bodies/morpho-genetic fields, which is quite interesting because humans are only able to experience and percieve an infinitesimal slither of this spectrum, 0.005% to be exact. Within the visible light/human sight frequency range (400 to 700 nanometers) we can only perceive an immeasurable fraction of the matter/energy estimated to exist in the universe and yet still people ridicule the suggestion that we are not alone because they've never seen an 'alien'! Hysterical. Truth be known, we are virtually blind and mostly oblivious to the teeming amount of other life forms that we likely share this plane with not least the possibility of the existence of other parallel universes that inter-penetrate this reality which could also be teeming with life.

From a quantum physics, sub-atomic perspective, nothing is actually 'solid', as atoms which we are comprised of contain no actual solidity! Understanding this is key to understanding the mechanics of how this shape-shifting business potentially all works. To most people the notion of shape-shifting sounds impossible due to the misconception that one apparent solid physical body is morphing into another apparent solid physical body, this in fact is not what is happening. When you appreciate the illusory nature of the 'body', it will be much easier to understand how shape-shifting is possible. The body is not 'solid', it just appears that way to the five senses (electrical signals decoded by the brain). The body is a vibrating energy field and the shape-shifting is not between two 'solid' forms, the human and reptilian; it is a switch between fields of resonating energy. When an alternate light source is applied, in this case black light, (humans cannot see anything above violet light) suddenly it's perfectly visible.
This is exactly how the reptilian energy works. They exist in a frequency which we cannot see, although some people are gifted with the ability to see into other dimensions...this is when they see "ghosts" and of course reptilians.

When the stranger did not respond, Nozipho went closer and saw that the man had no head. The man then turned into a dog that was “very angry” and “as big as a cow”, Nelani said.
He said that as Nozipho and his friend ran away, the monster allegedly turned on another group of people in the same road. “They said it turned into a big monkey, and then it was gone,” Nelani said.

Check out the excellent video analysis of Frequency Fence. Many of these videos are often written off as nothing more than pixellation and encoding errors without fair critique and examination. Granted many of these apparent video anomalies will be due to legitimate studio lighting and video compression glitches and errors, yet there remains a handful that seemingly defy all explanation and appear to be the real deal.
