At the top of the column the capital is divided by four parallel bars. The image has been interpreted in several ways. What does it really mean? It show 4 "objects" that resemble electric batteries or accumulators, connected to another object with twisted cables. Between the two objects on the right, there is a sphere that contains what seems to be an "electrical discharge" symbol!
