The Sphinx next to the Great Pyramid in Gizeh near Cairo. Scholars explain that the Sphinx war build 2550 BC but in 1991 a research team led by John Anthony West, Geologist Dr. Robert Schoch ascertained that the Egyptian Sphinx was at least 7,000 years old, possibly older.
